A beautiful traditional look with a chic twist thanks to the off-white stretched bell-shaped shade and four lamp design. Lamps easily adjust for up to six different levels of light output, from romantic to ample task lighting. Takes three 60 watt bulbs and one 150 watt bulb in a 3-way socket (bulbs not included). Measures 59" high. The shade measures 9" top x 18" bottom x 11-1/2"H in the slant.

| The description of the lamp sounded as if it would be perfect for my needs - extra lighting in a room that tends to be dark. Unfortunately the quality did not meet my expectation. After putting the lamp together, it was never straight. The lamp wobbled on the base and the pole leaned. My husband and I both tried to make adjustments because I didn't want to return it, but it was never acceptable and I finally did return it. |

| The lamp came packaged wonderfully. The shade was in a separate box so don't expect it all to be in one. It was so simple to put together-5 minutes if that. It looks very nice and is very sturdy. No worry about it toppling over. I am pleased with this purchase. However, don't go for the whole package of the lightbulbs with it. The 3-way was 1.99 but shipping was nearly $5. Not worth it at all. I expected the $101 to be one shipment-lamp and bulb-and it obviously wasn't. Buy your own bulb at Walmart and save the shipping. Love the lamp though! |

With 3 60-watt bulbs, and a 150-watt 3-way bulb, this lamps puts out a lot of light - but you have lots of flexibility for lesser light if you want. The switch lets you use 1, 2 or 3 of the smaller bulbs, while a separate switch controls the 3-way bulb independently.
This is the second one of these I have bought - one for a friend's somewhat dark room in a retirement home, and now for a big room in our house that needs several lamps. This one does a great job of lighting it up, now that the days are short and it gets dark so early. I am using 3 compact fluorescent bulbs in place of the 60-watters - altho I stuck with a conventional 3-way, since I have had problems with the lifespans of 3-way CFL's. And I use a timer to turn it on and off automatically.
Anyway - an excellent lamp at a great price. What more can you ask for? |

| This is a great lamp, even without factoring in the relative bargain price. I looked at a lot of floor lamps, and you can easily spend 2 or 3 times as much - doubtful whether you get money's worth compared to this lamp. It comes with all wire connections made in a styrofoam box - you only have to screw the pieces together. It is heavy, which I judge a plus, and seems well made. The shade ships in a separate box and was well packed - no damage. I would buy again. |
